Planting, Hoeing, Ducklings, Oh my!

Hi all,

We've been really busy around here! Our soil finally decided it was ready to plant so we go LOTS of stuff in the ground with Jesse's dad, Tony, and sister, Hilary's, help. This past weekend we transplanted tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, leeks, and bulbing onions. We seeded watermelon, musk melons, squash cucumbers, beans, potatoes, and much more! We also had a party with a May Pole and our friend, Emily Naff, took lots of beautiful photos. We got 6 ducklings too! The male is called Graham Cracker and the smallest female is called Waddles because my mom asked me to name them after her childhood pet ducks.
